 After having her children wrongfully and unlawfully removed (kidnapped) She appealed against the states case, who was arguing that her children were "in need of services " and she WON! Department of Child services had responded to a false hotline allegation, weeks after an alleged incident, then the caseworker was so confused, he listed her as "the parent/guardian" of SOMEONE ELSE'S CHILD amongst several other unforgivable procedural "mistakes"! A child who had been determined to have been a victim of "neglect". A child who was with their birth parent, grandfather, and brother at the time of the alleged incident, who still to this day goes unaccountable as DCS continues to remain confused about what child is who's! 
 Neither of her 2 children were present during the alleged ordeal, yet DCS intercepted the kids at school, and removed them from their innocent mothers custody. Placing them both in abusive homes as they NEGLECTED to do background check procedures! Remember, nether of these 2 particular children had any involvement in the alleged incident. After stretching the system past boundaries in every direction under their authority to try to wrongfully convict the mother, knowing that the mistakes were on them, they finally received orders to reverse their findings at the court of appeals. Although DCS tried to wash their hands of this, and avoid taking responsibility, 2 years later these children still remain separated from their mother.
